I came to Danielle having just resigned from my role of Marketing Director without a plan and with 6 months to shape my next step. I spoke to a few coaches but Danielle stood out from her focus on working with women and her depth of lived experience in commercial executive leadership. Just as importantly, I liked her immediately. The work we did together combined really deep work around strengths, values and limiting beliefs with practicalities like CV writing and preparing for interviews. Towards the end of 2023 I had fallen out of love with the business I founded in 2011. I was lacking in vision and energy. Since i've begun coaching with Danielle to say my life has improved is an understatement She has helped me to truly understand myself better than anyone I’ve ever met before. Working with Danielle has changed my business. I initially looked at coaching as I wanted to drive my business forward and start to scale, but I was too overwhelmed to know where to begin. Danielle quickly identified that I needed to change my employee mindset into a business owner mindset. Once we had established this it was much easier to move on to the next stage. I was unsure on how to approach my clients on issues like price increases and Danielle guided me through this. We came up with solutions, ways to negotiate and how to deal with the different scenarios that could arise with each approach.
