Working with Danielle has been life changing. I came to Danielle having just resigned from my role of Marketing Director without a plan and with 6 months to shape my next step. I spoke to a few coaches but Danielle stood out from her focus on working with women and her depth of lived experience in commercial executive leadership. Just as importantly, I liked her immediately. The work we did together combined really deep work around strengths, values and limiting beliefs with practicalities like CV writing and preparing for interviews. Sometimes it was uncomfortable, we laughed a lot and I came out of our time together feeling permanently changed. Towards the end of 2023 I had fallen out of love with the business I founded in 2011. I was lacking in vision and energy.
