I am a Global Executive and Leadership Coach working with senior women leaders, executives and founders to strengthen their leadership, expand their influence, and lead with greater clarity and confidence as they grow their organisations and careers.
Before coaching, I spent more than twenty years as an executive leader at WPP, operating at senior levels within a global organisation. I bring that strategic and commercial experience into my coaching alongside leadership and transformational coaching expertise. This allows me to support leaders not only with how they think and lead, but with how they navigate complexity, shift patterns that limit their impact, and operate at the level their roles demand.
I work globally across complex and high growth sectors including technology, finance, law, healthtech, SaaS, higher education, and media. I support leaders in environments ranging from scaling and VC or PE backed businesses to global PLCs.
My work includes partnering with organisations such as Flutter UKI, Dyson, Fanatics, Little Journey, Skin Analytics, Hayhurst & Co, and leading universities to coach senior leaders within their organisations.
